Overview

The WM72 is a 72 inch basketball hoop engineered for wall mount installation where in-ground anchoring isn't practical or desired. Built on structural steel with a 3-foot wall overhang, the WM72 is constructed to deliver the same rigidity, rebound, and durability standards as our in-ground product line, just mounted differently.

Specifications

The WM72 brings together the features serious players look for in a wall mounted basketball goal:

• 72" x 42" tempered glass backboard: 3/8" thick glass, much stronger than standard glass.
• Patented external height adjustment: a simple turn of the handle adjusts the rim from 7.5' to 10', making this adjustable wall-mount basketball hoop suitable for every age and skill level
• Dual Spring Breakaway Rim with Hide-Away net attachment: two stainless steel springs absorb impact from aggressive play and dunking, while the hide-away design eliminates protruding parts that can pinch or scrape hands
• Electroplated zinc undercoat: adds an extra layer of weather protection beneath the hardware
• 3' overhang and premium gusset support base plate: provides in-ground-level stability and rigidity from a wall-mounted system

Where the WM72 Fits in Our Lineup

The WM72 sits in our Wall Mount category alongside the WM60 for buyers who want a larger backboard and 72" of play surface in a wall-mounted format. If your installation calls for a smaller footprint or a different backboard size, our team can help match the right configuration to your site.
