The Delivery Process

1. Confirmation

After you purchase on-line you will receive a confirmation email with your order details

2. Shipping Information

Order will ship within 5 days, unless otherwise notified.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and shipping information.

3. Get Ready for Installation

Contact a local authorized installer who will guide you through the steps to get your basketball system ready for installation

4. Receipt of Goods

Please review your shipment before signing Proof of Delivery documents, as Superior Play Systems is not liable for any differences not recorded. To ensure accuracy we ask you to take the following steps before signing:

  • Ask the Driver to wait while you review your delivery
  • Remove shrink wrap
  • Count all boxes
  • Inspect all packaging for damages- Note on paperwork

Do Not Refuse Delivery

Contact customercare@proformancehoops.com immediately afterward with delivery receipt to begin the claim process
